Beijing Guangji Temple

Brief Introduction:

Being an ancient Buddhist temple, Guangji Temple, also known as Hongci Guangji Temple, was originally a site of Xiliulin Temple in the Jin Dynasty. It was rebuilt in the Tianshun reign, the Ming Dynasty. It is also the location of the China Buddhist Association. This temple is surrounded by the tranquility of old cypress trees and lush greenery along the deep winding paths. The Beijing Buddhist Culture Research Centre was established here in 2002.
